With every project “elevated, functional and perfect” are Stacy’s goals and his mantra. With his extensive experience in business and real estate, Stacy brings an arsenal of talented contractors as well as practical, down-to-earth sensibility that ensures projects runs smoothly, on time and on budget.
Stacy, the oldest of three boys and a born leader—grew up on a fifth-generation family farm in Northwest Ohio. His humble roots, diverse interests and tireless work ethic guided him through coast-to-coast careers in accounting, retail and consulting. In the early 2000s, Stacy began buying rentals and renovating real estate and returned to farming with his brothers. Putting his real estate experience and business acumen to good use, he launched Paul+Jo Studio with his wife, Traci.
Traci (Jo) Richardson, Co-founder
While her husband Stacy brings practical, down-to-earth business acumen to the firm, Traci is the creative heart of it all. With a passion for creating, an eye for design, and a strong work ethic. She brings her creative visions to life in spaces where people want to stay, linger and live. Traci makes each and every decision with passion and acute attention to detail. She works closely with each client to ensure they feel comfortable and part of the design process.
Traci studied Interior Design at the Columbus College of Art & Design. Her career sent her around the globe to live and create in big cities. She traveled as an industry influencer, dreaming up uniquely inviting spaces for brands like Victoria’s Secret and Henri Bendel. Knowing she was ready for a new adventure, she embraced her passion for residential design and launched Paul+Jo Studio with her husband, Stacy.
